pixel art:
pixel art is is the main basis of older games and mobile games. they range from 2d sprites and 3d isometric sprites like the original Mario games.  sprites are the characters backgrounds can also be pixelated. there will be less shading and the characters look flat.  in the image below you can tell this is pixelated because of its blocky graphics and the flat looking characters and backgrounds. pixels are not little squares they build up the characters and the world.

concept art are things what you can place,use and move in a game. such as vehicles weapons and NPC's. concept art is a idea what you may use in a game such as designs. rough sketches and models of characters also fit in this category. as you can see it has original sketches.

.texture art
texture art is how the object looks. for example a knife or sword in a computer game will have to look sharp not like a block of cheese. On a RPG/Fantasy game  you may need to find different objects or collect different resources and these should be different textures to eliminate any confusion between them.

you can usually distinguish the genre of game simply by looking at the background. or at least some elements of what you can find in there. One of the best recognizable backgrounds for a video game is any of the Mario backgrounds  bright and vibrant colors are the main features. there are a huge array of backgrounds which suggests to me it's a adventure game.

user interface
the user interface (UI) is the direct link between the user and the computer. In it you can change a number of settings. you can chose in their such as the quality of graphics you want on the game. It is a extremely important part of the program it can dramatically change how you use the game and it is quite easy to do.

Printed media art are things like your video game boxes and adveryisements posters ETC. in order to make a good advertisemt for your game you need it too give the target audiance a plain idea  on what genre it is and whether it is 2D or 3D because it's misleading to put a 3d background on a 2d game and could give it worse feedback
